UPDATED MASK POLICY
You may choose to mask at any time. Masks will still be required if a person has cold or flu like symptoms. People with symptoms, a positive COVID-19 test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a high-quality mask or respirator when indoors in public.
With that in mind we ask that you please take the following measures so that we may continue to work together on providing a safe environment:
• If you have paperwork to fill out, please complete all necessary forms at home before you are seen in the office to reduce your time in the waiting area.
• Sanitize and wash your hands often.
• If you develop any cold and flu-like symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19 please contact the office right away to inform us.
